Delete Your Pinvia Account & Data
You’re in control of your data. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app or by emailing us.

Open Pinvia → Profile tabScroll to the bottom and tap Delete AccountConfirm the prompt
We immediately sign you out and begin the deletion process.What we delete
Within 7 days we permanently delete or anonymize the data linked to your account ID:Account & identityFirebase Authentication account (email/UID)User profile (name, bio, XP/progress), profile photo
ActivitySaves/likes, follows, notification tokensFlags you created
MediaImages/files you uploaded to Pinvia (e.g., profile or evidence photos)
Business/PromoterYour manager/owner/promoter roles and pending applications
Community contentComments or posts you created are anonymized (author replaced with “Deleted User”) to preserve thread context, or removed where feasible.
Backups: encrypted database and storage backups may persist for up to 30 days before they’re overwritten. We don’t use backup copies for anything else.Business owners & promoters
If you own/manage a business in Pinvia, please transfer ownership or ask us to unpublish/remove the business before deleting your personal account. Otherwise, the business listing remains but your access is revoked.Promoter accounts are removed; events you submitted are deleted or reassigned to the hosting business (case-by-case).
Instagram / Facebook connections
If you connected Instagram to Pinvia, we delete stored tokens during account deletion.For extra control, you can also revoke access directly:Instagram app → Settings → Security → Apps and websites → remove PinviaFacebook (if connected) → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → remove Pinvia
